Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be integrated into the spare parts division, serving as a technical support and specialist advisor for customers and technicians regarding electric vehicle components. The core responsibilities associated with this role include:

• Customer Service & Advisory: Handling customer inquiries (from individuals and service centers) and providing accurate technical advice on suitable EV spare parts, including batteries, charging systems, electric motors, and electronic components.
• Inventory Management: Assisting in monitoring stock levels of EV parts, identifying required items, and ensuring the availability of critical components to meet market demands.
• Technical Support: Acting as a liaison between customers/technicians and the procurement department or suppliers to clarify technical specifications and ensure part compatibility.
