  • Direct Client Coordination: Acting as a key liaison between the hotel and event clients before, during, and after the event. This involves understanding their requirements precisely, preparing detailed proposals, and responding to their inquiries.
  • Event Planning and Preparation: Participating in all stages of event planning, from weddings and conferences to receptions and corporate meetings. This includes coordinating with internal departments such as catering, kitchen, banquet services, and audio-visual teams.
  • On-Site Execution Oversight: Being present on event days to directly supervise setup and coordination, ensuring every detail is executed according to the client's agreement and Marriott's high standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitoring the event's progress, promptly and efficiently resolving any unforeseen issues or challenges to ensure guest satisfaction and a flawless experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Preparing event-related reports, managing files and contracts, and participating in departmental meetings.
