Job Description & Key Responsibilities

- Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently coordinating and maintaining executives' appointment schedules, arranging internal and external meetings, and managing travel and accommodation.
- Communication & Correspondence: Acting as a professional liaison between executive management, staff, clients, and external partners. Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting & Document Coordination: Preparing for key meetings by gathering necessary materials, arranging venues, and taking minutes. Organizing and maintaining confidential and sensitive files and documents with utmost security and discretion.
- Advanced Administrative Support: Executing diverse administrative tasks including preparing preliminary budgets, project follow-ups, event coordination, and ensuring the correct and timely flow of information.
- Office Representation: Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner that reflects a positive image of the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
