  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's range of apparel and fashion products to provide accurate advice to customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven prior experience of at least 2-3 years in a customer service role, preferably within the retail, apparel, or fashion industry.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • Commitment to delivering accurate and efficient service.
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a distinct advantage.
