Job Overview

The Export Manager will be the primary officer responsible for leading and executing all activities related to exporting the company's shoe products to targeted global markets. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Warehousing, and Domestic Sales to ensure export orders are fulfilled on time and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses on export performance, sales volumes, market forecasts, and provide recommendations to management.
• Follow up on international payments and ensure smooth collection processes.
• Attend relevant international trade fairs as needed to represent the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Export Management or International Trade, with preference given to experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector (footwear industry experience is a significant plus).
• In-depth knowledge of export/import procedures, necessary documentation, and customs systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Solid understanding of quality requirements and relevant international product standards.
• An existing professional network in shipping and logistics will be a strong asset.
