Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed F&B Captain will hold a leadership position on the restaurant floor, directly responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience. The core duties of this role include:
- Leadership & Supervision: Directly supervising the team of waiters and floor staff to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery in line with Tivoli's global standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fine-dining service sequences, extensive knowledge of food and beverage items (including non-alcoholic beverages), and international etiquette.
- Personal Skills:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic (a strong added advantage).
- A charming, polished personality with a proactive customer service attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality.
