Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Product Knowledge: Having comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu (including special ingredients and signature dishes) to provide accurate recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
  • Delivery and Service: Serving food and beverages to tables in an organized and elegant manner, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order.
  • Follow-up and Care: Checking on guests periodically during their meal, promptly addressing any additional requests or concerns with the utmost courtesy.
