Job Overview

The Facility Coordinator will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's office facilities in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe, organized, and comfortable working environment for all staff, directly supporting team productivity and focus on core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for all routine and emergency maintenance work for the office, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, and cleaning systems.
  • Inventory & Supplies Management: Ensure continuous availability of all essential office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, beverages, etc.), managing procurement and inventory within the designated budget.
  • Health, Safety & Security: Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site. Coordinate with security service providers and monitor access systems.
  • Event & Meeting Support: Assist with logistical arrangements for internal meetings or important visits, including seating arrangements, equipment, and setup.
  • Vendor Management: Source new vendors, evaluate quotations, and ensure services are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in monitoring facility-related expenses and prepare periodic reports on facility status and activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven Experience: 2 to 4 years of previous experience in a similar role (Facility Coordinator, Office Administrator, Services Supervisor), preferably within a tech company or startup environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of office maintenance works and facility systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) to interact with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive thinking and the capability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
