Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Gender: This position is for females only.
  • Educational Background: A university degree (Diploma or Bachelor's) in Early Childhood Education, Kindergarten Education, Elementary Education, or any closely related field in child development and early learning.
  • Experience: Previous practical experience working with Kindergarten-aged children, either as a teacher or a teacher's aide, is highly preferred.
  • Personal Skills and Attributes:
    • A genuine love for working with children, coupled with patience and understanding of their needs.
    • Initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
