Job Description
The Field Service Coordinator will hold a pivotal position within the company, responsible for coordinating and executing the field activities and services provided by the company to its clients. This role ensures operational smoothness and customer satisfaction through meticulous planning and diligent follow-up.
Key Expected Responsibilities:
- Field Operations Coordination: Planning and scheduling tasks, field visits, and assignments for the workforce or company resources, considering priorities and deadlines.
- Liaison & Communication: Acting as an effective link between internal management, field teams, and clients to ensure accurate and clear information flow.
- Logistical Support: Assisting in arranging logistical requirements for field operations, which may include transportation, equipment, or necessary documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring the execution of field services and ensuring compliance with the company's defined quality standards and policies.
- Reporting: Documenting field activities and preparing periodic reports on work progress, achievements, and challenges for senior management.
- Problem-Solving: Responding to variables or emergent issues in the field and working to find quick and effective solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this position, you are expected to meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of prior work experience in a similar role such as field coordination, operations coordination, or service support, preferably within the services or human resources sector.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or project management software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing work environment.
- Licenses: A valid Omani driving license is preferred.
