Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and directing all financial activities of the company or the relevant division. They will be the central figure in ensuring the financial health of operations and making data-driven strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage the company's cash flows to ensure operational and investment obligations are met. Optimize working capital structure and propose strategies for liquidity improvement.
• Internal Control & Risk Management: Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control system to safeguard company assets. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Leadership & Management: Supervise the accounting and finance team, providing guidance, training, and development. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment focused on achieving goals.
• External Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with external auditors, banks, financial advisors, and relevant regulatory bodies.

Requirements & Qualifications
