Fitout Interiors & Contracting WLL is currently recruiting for the position of Fitout Site Supervisor to oversee its active projects in the Qatari capital, Doha. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed Site Supervisor will be stationed at the company's project sites and will be primarily responsible for the direct oversight of interior fitout operations. Core responsibilities include:

• Daily Supervision: Directly supervising all daily activities on the project site, including interior finishing works, installations, and specialized contracting tasks.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensuring all work is executed according to the highest agreed quality standards as per specifications and designs, and strict adherence to site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Coordination & Management: Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the field workforce to ensure smooth workflow according to the established project timeline.
• Progress Monitoring: Preparing daily and weekly progress reports, logging any delays or challenges, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Resource Management: Overseeing the distribution of materials and equipment on-site and verifying their correct and efficient usage.
• Communication: Acting as an effective liaison between the project management office and the site crew, accurately relaying instructions and reports.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar role (Site Supervisor) within the interior fitout or general contracting industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Qatar or other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) projects.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of building finishing stages (false ceilings, flooring, painting, MEP fixtures, and joinery). Familiarity with local Qatari building and safety codes is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities under pressure. Attention to detail and precision are essential.
• Other Requirements: Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office). Working proficiency in English for reading and writing is required, and knowledge of Arabic is considered a beneficial asset.

Work Environment and Location
