Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Fleet Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role within the corporate sales division, primarily responsible for generating and growing sales revenue from the corporate and institutional client segment requiring vehicle fleets. The main responsibilities for this position include:

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies targeting potential and existing corporate clients in the Dubai and UAE market.
  • Building strong, sustainable business relationships with fleet managers and procurement officers in large and medium-sized companies.
  • Preparing commercial proposals and presenting competitive, customized quotations that meet corporate clients' needs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market performance and competitor activity within the automotive fleet sales sector.
  • Achieving set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
  • Providing specialized consultation to clients on the optimal vehicle models, specifications, and ancillary services suitable for their fleets.
  • Working closely with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in automotive sales, with a strong preference for candidates with proven prior experience in Fleet Sales or corporate (B2B) sales.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to build a wide network of professional relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills to understand market and customer needs.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
    • Initiative, leadership, and a high commitment to results.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage.
