Job Overview

The Founding Principal will be responsible for leading and establishing the operations of HIREPLANS LTD in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 8-10 years in senior leadership roles, with preference given to those with experience in founding or leading startups or new branches.
  • Deep understanding of the job market and economic environment in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region in general.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams through growth phases.
  • Strong strategic vision and excellent analytical skills for solving complex problems and making decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to build relationships and influence.
  • High flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field (an MBA is preferred).
