Job Overview

The Founding Principal will be the cornerstone of this new educational initiative. This role is not a traditional administrative position but a fully foundational and pioneering one. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying the cultural, educational, and administrative foundations of the institution from the ground up, building the team, and developing curricula and programs that align with global standards and Saudi Arabia's ambitious vision. This position is designed for an educational leader with strategic vision and the ability to turn ideas into tangible reality.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Foundational Leadership: Lead the complete establishment process of the educational institution, including developing its educational philosophy, mission, vision, and core values.
• Academic & Curriculum Development: Design and lead the development of an innovative, high-quality curricular framework that meets the needs of 21st-century learners, integrating global best practices and local context.
• Team & Culture Building: Recruit and build an outstanding leadership, teaching, and administrative team. Foster a positive institutional culture based on excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop multi-year strategic and operational plans. Manage the budget and resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and growth.
• Partnership & Communication: Act as the face of the institution and build strong relationships with key stakeholders including parents, the local community, government entities, and potential partners.
• Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Oversee internal quality assurance processes and pursue prestigious local and international accreditations for the institution.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Educational Leadership, Educational Administration).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., School Principal, Vice Principal, or senior leadership in an educational organization).
• Proven experience in founding or launching new educational projects or institutions is a significant competitive advantage.
• Deep understanding of the latest pedagogical trends, international curricula (e.g., IB, British, American), and accreditation requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the educational context and environment in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strategic thinking and long-term planning ability coupled with attention to operational detail.
