Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the hotel hospitality sector, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the front office department (e.g., Assistant Front Office Manager or Head Receptionist).
  • Technical Knowledge: Excellent command of global Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera and core computer software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team and build a collaborative spirit.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is a significant advantage.
