Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will occupy a pivotal role within the technical consulting team, acting as the crucial bridge between client business requirements and the technical capabilities of the Oracle Fusion PaaS (Platform as a Service) platform. Core responsibilities include:

• Analysis and Design: Analyzing client business and functional requirements and translating them into actionable technical specifications for implementation on the Fusion PaaS platform.
• Development and Customization: Designing, developing, and customizing applications and solutions leveraging the capabilities and components of the Fusion PaaS platform, which may include database applications, integration services, AI/ML solutions, or low-code application development tools.
• Technical and Functional Support: Providing both technical (development, configuration) and functional (business process) support and consultancy throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
• Integration: Designing and implementing seamless integration interfaces between the Fusion PaaS platform and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or on-premise databases).
• Documentation and Training: Preparing comprehensive technical and functional documentation for projects and conducting training sessions for client teams or end-users to ensure optimal adoption of delivered solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical and functional issues that may arise during development or operation.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 3 to 5 years in IT consulting or development, with a strong focus on working with Cloud Platforms, preferably specifically with the Oracle Fusion PaaS platform or similar PaaS offerings (e.g., Microsoft Azure PaaS, Google App Engine).
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, PaaS services, and application architecture.
  • Experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, PL/SQL).
  • Knowledge of system integration principles and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
