General Manager - Fleet Leasing & Operations (Motorcycle)

Job Description & Responsibilities
In this senior leadership role, you will shoulder diverse and vital responsibilities that form the backbone of the company's fleet leasing operations. Your scope will be broad, spanning from strategic planning to day-to-day executive management.
Strategic & Development Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive strategic plan for expanding motorcycle fleet leasing business in the UAE market and the region.
- Identify growth opportunities and open new marketing channels, with thorough analysis of competition and market trends.
- Develop innovative and flexible leasing models that cater to a wide range of clients, from large corporations to individuals.
- Manage partnership relationships with motorcycle suppliers (dealers and distributors) and negotiate supply contracts and favorable terms.
Operational & Managerial Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete daily operations of the fleet, including delivery, collection, periodic maintenance, and inventory management.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and security for the fleet and its operators, implementing training and awareness programs.
- Manage, guide, and develop the specialized team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor fleet performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize utilization and reduce costs.
Financial & Commercial Responsibilities:
- Prepare departmental budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Establish competitive pricing structures and work on improving profit margins.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure total customer satisfaction, leading to contract renewals and positive referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in vehicle fleet management or car/motorcycle leasing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager or Department Head).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the motorcycle market in the Gulf region, including knowledge of brands, models, and their specific operational and logistical requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: High proficiency in analyzing financial and operational data, budgeting, and making informed business decisions.
