Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a central role within the hotel's Human Resources department, responsible for executing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks that support the department's strategy with a focus on enhancing the employee experience. Core responsibilities include:
- Daily Operational Support: Addressing employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and entitlements, and maintaining accurate and secure employee records.
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assisting in recruitment processes by coordinating schedules and interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding procedures to ensure their smooth integration into the team culture.
- Administration and Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with local Saudi labor laws and regulations, and assisting in the preparation of periodic HR reports.
- Development Support: Coordinating training and development activities, and participating in employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Providing administrative support for performance review cycles and assisting in documenting relevant feedback and decisions.
Qualifications and Key Requirements
Marriott International is looking for candidates with a proven service passion and the following qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven previous experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within the hospitality or service industry. Experience in a generalist role covering multiple HR disciplines is a significant advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
