Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing a wide range of creative tasks to support the various divisions and diverse business portfolio of the holding group. Core responsibilities include:

• Designing high-quality marketing and advertising materials including: brochures, booklets, presentations (PPT), print and digital advertisements, banners, and infographics.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive visual identities for new projects and campaigns, while maintaining consistency with the existing brand visual identity of the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Creating engaging visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Designing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) mockups for websites and applications, in collaboration with development teams.
• Preparing designs for print, ensuring color accuracy and required technical specifications.
• Translating concepts and ideas into effective visual designs that meet business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Working closely with marketing managers, communications teams, and senior management to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably with some experience in a corporate setting or with advertising agencies.
• Excellent proficiency and expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite software, especially: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a strong advantage.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills, as well as your ability to handle different types of projects.
• A deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong knowledge of design standards for both print and digital media.
• The ability to receive constructive feedback and implement it flexibly and professionally.
