Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Guest Care Representative in Makkah will be the primary point of contact for Nahdi's customers, playing a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and upholding the company's reputation for excellence. The core responsibilities for this role include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and professionally, quickly identifying and understanding their needs.
• Providing assistance and guidance to customers within the pharmacy, directing them to the appropriate aisles or products.
• Efficiently processing sales transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) counters, ensuring billing accuracy and handling various payment methods.
• Answering basic customer inquiries regarding product availability, ongoing promotions, and store policies.
• Assisting with front-of-store inventory management, maintaining the tidiness and organization of the reception and display areas.
• Handling basic customer complaints or escalating them to the relevant supervisor according to established procedures.
• Working collaboratively with other pharmacy team members to ensure smooth operations and prompt service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: A high school diploma (Secondary School Certificate) is the minimum requirement. A diploma or certification in Customer Service, Sales, or Business Administration is a strong advantage.
