- Proactively and professionally addressing guest inquiries and complaints, finding prompt and effective solutions to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Working closely with other hotel departments (e.g., Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering) to coordinate services and fulfill special guest requests.
- Utilizing property management and reservation systems (such as Opera) to accurately manage guest information and transactions.
- Contributing to creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere that reflects Marriott International's high brand standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:
