The Head Of Corporate Governance will be the primary officer responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the organization's comprehensive governance framework. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Governance Framework Leadership: Develop, update, and maintain corporate governance policies and procedures, ensuring their understanding and implementation across all organizational levels.
• Board Support: Provide advisory support to the Board of Directors and its committees (e.g., Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee), including agenda preparation, briefing papers, follow-up reports, and ensuring smooth operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
