Job Overview

The Head of the Draftsman Department will be the primary person responsible for leading and managing the entire technical drawing and design team. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical) or Design, or a high-level technical diploma with equivalent experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in technical drawing and design, with proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in supervisory or leadership roles managing drafting teams.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and relevant technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar). Deep understanding of engineering standards and technical symbols.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate teams, manage performance, and resolve conflicts.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
