Job Overview

The Head of Operations will be the primary executive responsible for all aspects of the company's day-to-day and strategic operations. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive operations strategies and policies aligned with the overall vision and objectives of POS 10 Technologies.
• Process Optimization: Review and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality across all departments.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, regularly tracking them and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
• Team Leadership: Guide and lead multiple operations teams, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment, and investing in talent development and capacity building.
• Budget & Resource Management: Contribute to the operations budgeting process, ensuring optimal utilization of financial and human resources to achieve set targets.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the operations department and other divisions such as technical development, sales, and technical support to ensure workflow smoothness and integration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) will be a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role (Head of Operations or Senior Operations Manager).
• Proven experience in the technology, software, or IT services sector. Experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems or similar solutions will be a significant plus.
• Deep understanding of operations management principles, process improvement, and supply chain management.
