Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma or university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications) is advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven prior experience in a similar role (Helpdesk Operator, Customer Service, Technical Support) ranging from 1 to 3 years. Experience within the maintenance, facilities, or services sector will be a strong advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand caller needs.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • A positive work attitude and high team spirit.
    • Patience and tact when dealing with customers, especially in complaint or high-pressure situations.
  • Technical Skills:
