• Budget Management and Procurement: Developing an operational budget for the household and adhering to it. Managing all purchasing for household supplies, groceries, and cleaning materials, with a focus on quality and value. Maintaining accurate financial records of expenses.
• Property and Asset Maintenance: Coordinating with service vendors and contractors for routine and emergency maintenance of the building, appliances, and systems (such as HVAC, security, smart systems). Overseeing the condition of furniture, carpets, artwork, and other valuable assets.
• Event Planning and Logistics: Detailed planning and execution of receptions, parties, and special events held at the residence, from coordinating with suppliers to managing the event on the day.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

• Practical Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a similar position (House Manager, Head of Household, or Estate Manager) within ultra-high-net-worth or luxury private homes. Experience in the Gulf region, particularly Dubai, is a significant advantage.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, coupled with excellent organizational and planning skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Communication and Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a strong asset. Clear and effective communication skills with principals, staff, and vendors.
