Job Overview

The HR & Administration Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources management and daily administrative activities of the company. The officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, with full compliance with Saudi labor laws and the company's internal policies. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • HR Operational Support: Assist in recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, prepare employment contracts and all related documentation.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and secure electronic and paper employee records, ensuring they are consistently updated. Process employee requests related to leave and personal matters.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and ensure the maintenance of the work environment. Coordinate internal meetings and book travel tickets and hotels as needed.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all practices comply with Saudi labor regulations (Labor Law, Social Insurance, Zakat and Income Authority). Assist in preparing required periodic reports.
  • Policy Development Support: Contribute to reviewing and developing administrative and HR policies and procedures under the supervision of the direct manager.
  • Employee Services: Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary guidance regarding policies and benefits, promoting effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a combined HR and Administration role. Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi labor systems and relevant regulations. Good knowledge of visa, contract, and work procedures.
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English. Ability to handle information with strict confidentiality.
  • Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word). Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Organized personality, capable of managing priorities and working under pressure, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate must possess a team spirit and the ability to work independently.
