A leading and distinguished company announces the opening of applications for the position of HR Business Partner at its headquarters in the Qatari capital, Doha. Job Description and Responsibilities
The appointed HR Business Partner will perform a range of important strategic and operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner with leaders and managers across different departments to understand their business needs and provide HR solutions and support to drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Talent Management & Development: Contribute to developing and implementing talent management plans, including succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies for key talents.
- Performance Support: Lead and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, periodic reviews, and developing improvement plans for individuals and teams.
- Consultation & Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, employment matters, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven insights that support managerial decision-making.
- Change Management: Play an active role in organizational change initiatives, supporting the transfer of corporate culture and values.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a strong added advantage.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in Human Resources, with a proven focus on the HR Business Partner role or a similar consultative role. Experience in the Gulf market, specifically in Qatar, will be prioritized.
- Personal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with all management levels. Strong analytical and consultative skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of comprehensive HR principles and practices. A solid understanding of Qatari (and preferably Saudi) labor laws is essential.
- Languages: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
