A distinguished career opportunity is now available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join the Human Resources team of a leading company for the position of HR Coordinator specializing in Recruitment and Onboarding. This pivotal role is central to attracting talent and ensuring new employees start their journey successfully within the organization.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The selected coordinator will be responsible for supporting and managing the operational aspects of the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on the post-offer stages. Core responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Recruitment Processes: Assisting with posting job advertisements through designated channels, conducting initial screening of incoming CVs, and coordinating interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing Onboarding Processes: Leading and executing an effective onboarding program for new hires. This includes preparing formal documentation packages, arranging system and technology access, and booking any necessary training sessions.
  • Coordination & Procedures: Ensuring all legal and administrative documents for new employees, such as employment contracts and registration forms, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Internal Communication: Acting as a liaison between the HR department and other business units, as well as new employees, to answer their queries and facilitate their smooth transition into the company.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately and securely updating and maintaining employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Logistical Support: Arranging logistical needs for new hires as required, such as providing access cards, workstations, and essential equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of 1 to 3 years in a support or coordination role within an HR department, with direct exposure to recruitment and/or onboarding processes.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
    • Customer-service orientation and a desire to help others.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.
