Advanced Management Consultants is currently seeking applications for the position of HR Executive at their headquarters in Doha, Qatar. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed HR Executive will perform a range of vital tasks to support the HR department and the company's operational functions. The core responsibilities expected for this role include:

  • Managing Recruitment Processes: Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements and screening CVs to arranging interviews and communicating with candidates. The focus will be on attracting suitable talent for roles in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Designing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure their rapid integration into the company culture and understanding of their role requirements.
  • Records and File Management: Maintaining accurate and secure employee records, both electronic and physical, and ensuring their compliance with Qatari labor regulations.
  • Employee Relations Support: Acting as a primary point of contact for employees regarding policy, procedure, and benefits inquiries. Assisting in resolving day-to-day employee relations matters.
  • Policy Development Support: Contributing to the review and development of HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and align with company growth.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HR specialization), Management, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of 2 to 5 years in the human resources field, with preference given to those with experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and relevant regulations in the State of Qatar.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Customer-service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
