Job Overview

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a strong advantage.
• Proven work experience of at least 5-7 years in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a leadership or supervisory role.
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, preferably within the corporate or technology sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
