Job Overview

The HR Manager will hold a pivotal role within the company, responsible for leading and developing all strategic and operational functions of the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and develop the company's comprehensive HR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all recruitment and hiring processes, from needs identification to interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local UAE laws and regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and career development pathways to enhance talent retention.
  • Lead employee development and training initiatives to build team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Oversee employee relations management and address any issues or disputes professionally and effectively.
  • Manage the rewards, compensation, and incentives system to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

  • Supervise the day-to-day administrative work of the HR department, including record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) will be a strong advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Manager or Head of Department).
  • Proven experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment in the Gulf region, with deep knowledge of the Dubai/UAE job market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE local labor laws and legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and lead change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
  • High proficiency in using HR software applications and office productivity suites.
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment with cultural sensitivity.
