Key Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HR Manager or HR Head).
• Proven prior experience working within the UAE or Gulf region job market, with in-depth knowledge of local labor laws and market practices.
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards goal achievement.
• Strong understanding of both strategic and operational HR functions.
