HR Manager - Reach Behavior and Development Center

Reach Behavior and Development Center is now accepting applications for the position of HR Manager at its headquarters in Saar, Bahrain. This role represents a significant leadership opportunity to join a leading organization in its field, where the successful manager will play a central role in shaping the work environment and supporting institutional growth.

Job Overview

The HR Manager will assume full responsibility for leading and developing all aspects of the human resources function within the Center. He/She will work closely with senior management to align HR strategy with the Center's overall strategic goals, focusing on fostering a supportive and positive professional culture that meets the unique needs of the behavior and development sector.

Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and Bahraini labor laws.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to onboarding, integration, development, and talent retention.
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring they are competitive and fair.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities.
  • Foster effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal system and link it to career development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to support managerial decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proven practical experience of at least 5 to 7 years in human resources, with progression into leadership roles.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare, education, non-profit, or development center sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and local legislation in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate teams and lead change.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Integrity, high professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
