Job Overview
The HR Specialist will occupy a pivotal role within the management team, responsible for implementing and developing the company's human resources policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements and screening CVs to conducting initial interviews and coordinating onboarding procedures.
- Employee Affairs Management: Maintain accurate employee records, manage joining and exit formalities, and ensure all official data and documents are up-to-date.
- Development and Training: Assist in identifying employee training needs and organizing developmental programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Benefits and Compensation: Contribute to managing the rewards, payroll, and leave systems, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to established policies.
- Employee Relations and Communication: Act as a liaison between management and staff, address inquiries, and help foster a positive company culture.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR specialization), Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the human resources field, with preference given to experience in a private company environment within Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and associated regulations.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications and HR software systems (e.g., ERP systems).
