Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed Recruitment Specialist will be integrated into the Human Resources department, taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for various vacancies across the company. The core responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle: From identifying hiring needs to onboarding the new employee. This involves posting job advertisements, conducting initial CV screening, and coordinating interviews with relevant department heads.
  • Talent Sourcing Strategies: Utilizing diverse recruitment channels such as online job portals (e.g., LinkedIn), career fairs, and partnerships with universities and educational institutions to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment or the hospitality/service sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse levels and cultures.
    • High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
