Job Description

The HRIS Coordinator will occupy a vital position bridging the Human Resources department and technology. The core focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR systems, supporting the firm's strategic objectives and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

  • System Administration & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee and HR staff inquiries regarding system functionality and technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Data Processing & Reporting: Take ownership of data entry, employee record updates, and generating analytical reports and HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for firm management.
  • Testing & Implementation: Assist in testing system updates, patches, and support development projects or the implementation of new modules within the HRIS platform.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure system compliance with internal firm policies and local Saudi regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct user orientation sessions on system features; create and maintain user guides and standard operating procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Computer Science.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of 2-4 years in a similar role (HRIS Coordinator, HR Systems Analyst, or HRIS Support) within a professional services or multinational corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of at least one major Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (PivotTables, advanced formulas).
    • A solid understanding of database management principles.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills, in both English and Arabic.
    • Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
    • Discretion and high professional ethics in handling sensitive and confidential information.

The following qualifications are considered a strong plus:

  • Experience within the professional services sector (law, consulting, accounting).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor and employment regulations.
  • A professional certification in HR Information Systems.
