- Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR management principles and best practices. Practical knowledge of Kuwaiti labor law and regulations is a key asset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
