• Installing new air conditioning units as needed, including preliminary electrical wiring and connections, pressure testing, and charging refrigerant gas according to technical specifications.
• Checking and measuring refrigerant pressure levels and temperatures, and adjusting them to ensure optimal energy efficiency and cooling performance.
• Interacting with clients or site representatives in a professional manner, explaining the nature of the problem and the repair actions taken.
• Strictly adhering to occupational health and safety standards while working, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and following safe procedures when handling electrical equipment and refrigerant gases.
• Maintaining daily records and reports of maintenance and repair work completed, including spare parts used and labor time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in a similar work environment. Experience in Kuwait or the GCC region is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycle principles and refrigerant types.
  • Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • High proficiency in using specialized technician tools (manifold gauge sets, vacuum pumps, copper brazing equipment, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic electrical circuits and their faults related to AC units.
• Personal Skills:
  • High reliability and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good communication skills (Arabic is essential, basic knowledge of English is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting tools and parts.
• Additional Requirements:
