Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser will be the cornerstone of transforming the store space into an attractive and stimulating shopping environment. This role focuses on the hands-on, practical application of display coordination within the physical store location. Key responsibilities will include:

• Design & Execute Displays: Creating and implementing attractive visual merchandising plans and in-store displays that align with the brand identity, seasonal marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage Display Inventory: Ensuring displayed products (apparel and accessories) are organized, appealing, and accessible to customers, while maintaining required stock levels on the sales floor.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Utilizing visual merchandising principles to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey that guides customers through different store sections and highlights key products and promotions.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Practical Experience: Proven previous experience in in-store visual merchandising or a related role within apparel retail (e.g., sales floor supervisor, specialist sales associate). Experience in a fast-fashion retail environment is preferred.
• Creative Skills: A keen eye for detail and a refined sense of design, color, and composition. The ability to translate creative concepts into tangible, on-floor displays.
• Organizational Skills: The ability to manage time effectively, execute tasks within set deadlines, and maintain order and tidiness in the display areas.
• Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail marketing. Knowledge of software like Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for teamwork, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work during peak hours and holidays as required by the business.
• Physical Ability: Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, bend, lift light boxes, and rearrange mannequins and display items.
