Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. You will be accountable for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and scalability of systems to support the firm's business objectives. Acting as the bridge between technical requirements and operational goals, you will oversee the technical team and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Leadership & Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of all core IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networking, storage, communication systems, data centers).
• Cybersecurity Leadership: Establish and enforce robust security policies and procedures to protect the company's information assets and sensitive data from cyber threats.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct regular security risk assessments and ensure infrastructure compliance with relevant local and international regulations.
• Incident Management & Response: Lead the security incident response team and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Budget & Resource Management: Prepare and manage the technical department's budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of IT engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNA, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in managing operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.), virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure). Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is required.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Personal Skills: Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
