Interior Designer / Architect – Fit-Out Industry Specialist

- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Professional Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in interior design and/or architecture, with a strong and clear focus on interior fit-out works for commercial and/or residential projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in core design and drafting software, primarily AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit. Knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a strong advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of finishing materials, installation methods, interior systems, and best construction site practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong teamwork and client relationship management skills are essential.
