Job Description

The appointed Interior Designer will undertake a range of key tasks focused on delivering exceptional design solutions to clients. Core responsibilities include:

• Developing interior design concepts and presenting innovative proposals to clients, considering their requirements and specified budgets.
• Preparing detailed working drawings and specifications using modern design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Selecting appropriate finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project, ensuring quality and aesthetic coherence.
• Coordinating and continuously following up with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of designs according to the highest standards.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to agreed-upon timelines.
• Conducting site visits to project locations for supervision and to ensure implementation matches the approved designs.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the interior design and decoration industry.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this distinguished position in Abu Dhabi, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in interior design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing successful and diverse previous projects.
• Excellent proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, 3D modeling, and rendering programs.
• In-depth knowledge of building materials, finishes, execution methods, and local UAE building regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tangible reality.
• The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with high self-management.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and exceptional design.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
