Job Description and Responsibilities

The Internal Audit Director will occupy a strategic position within the organizational structure, responsible for leading and developing the entire internal audit function. Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or an advanced professional certification will be a strong advantage.
  • A recognized professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 to 12 years of professional experience in internal or external auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Audit Manager or Head of Audit).
  • Proven experience in a large corporate or multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of international auditing standards, risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO), and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to confidently present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Integrity, objectivity, and complete independence of judgment.
