Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and develop the IT team, guiding its members to achieve maximum productivity.
• Develop and execute the comprehensive IT strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
• Manage the existing technical infrastructure (networks, servers, storage systems, peripherals) and ensure optimal operation.
• Oversee information security and data protection, establishing and enforcing cybersecurity policies to prevent breaches and threats.
• Manage the IT department budget, ensuring optimal investment in technologies and software solutions.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure the availability and support of IT systems for end-users around the clock.
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, PMP) are a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., IT Manager, Team Lead).
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), network management (Cisco, Juniper), information security, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in managing technical projects from the planning phase through to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) principles.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate a team and make decisions under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
