Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (10/11) and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and connectivity troubleshooting.
    • Experience dealing with peripherals such as printers and scanners.
    • Knowledge of Ticketing Systems is considered a strong advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
