Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Junior Engineer will be placed within the Design and Estimation department, becoming an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for developing cost-effective and technically sound engineering solutions. The core responsibilities associated with this role include:

• Assisting in the preparation and development of preliminary and detailed designs for ground engineering and foundation projects, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participating in the cost estimation process for new tenders and projects, including analysis of material quantities, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Supporting the business development and sales team by providing technical input during the pre-tender phase.
• Reviewing project drawings and documentation to understand technical and structural requirements.
• Utilizing specialized engineering software (such as Computer-Aided Design CAD and analysis tools) to complete assigned tasks.
• Preparing technical reports and presentations to support design proposals and cost estimates.
• Learning and adhering to the stringent quality and safety standards upheld by the company and mandated across projects in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field from an accredited university.
