Job Description and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-sector business environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and financial principles, with excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Communication & Relationship Skills: Superior ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills. Must be a natural relationship-builder.
  • Results Orientation: A solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the business environment and competitive landscape in the Dubai and wider UAE market. Knowledge of Al Futtaim group's sectors is a distinct advantage.
  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in sales or account management are a competitive plus.
