Job Overview

The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with the Holding company's strategic clients. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive key account management strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Alturki Holding and strategic clients, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
  • Analyze account performance and deliver regular reports with recommendations for performance improvement and increased profitability.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the scope of services or products provided.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Technical Support to proactively meet client requirements.
  • Prepare integrated proposals and contracts, and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Alturki Holding is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, preferably within a holding company environment or diverse industrial/commercial sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi and Gulf business environment and market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships based on trust.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and account performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
